Thus Guido Setzkorn replaces Thomas Kollmar (51) as Managing Director starting 1st October 2016. Thomas Kollmar was considerably involved in the successful reorganization of the automation section and the establishment of the company since the founding of FLT in 2011. He is leaving the company at his own request.

Guido Setzkorn has many years of experience as Managing Director of industrial SMEs. He was most recently responsible for the Metallwarenfabrik Gemmingen. Previously, he has been the CEO of the clamping and automation technology specialist DE-STA-CO Europe for ten years and member of the board of man-agement at Diehl Controls in Nuremberg for five years. As a graduate engineer of aerospace engineering, he is very familiar with this important growth area of the automation industry.
